Arlene was a social worker in Elmira, NY - located about an hour south of the peace camp, when she attended an antinuclear concert near the Seneca Army Depot which inspired her to become more active in the antinuclear movement. Arlene particiapted in actions and work shifts at the encampment from 1983 to 1985.
